Product Specification
Lathe Centres, also commonly known as Dead Centres, are precision solid centres designed for reliable work holding and support in lathe machining applications. These centres feature a full solid construction with no moving parts and are fully hardened for durability and extended service life.
The centre tip is hardened to 60–63 HRC and features a 60° included angle, providing dependable support and accurate alignment for a wide range of machining operations.
Carbide Tipped Centres offer extended tool life and require less grinding compared with conventional hardened centres. Their design covers a wide range of centre hole sizes, helping eliminate the need for special-purpose centres.
